Galaxy III Conference Registration

Questions regarding Galaxy III Conference Registration may be directed to Paul Horngren at the Purdue Conference Division.

Registration fees for Galaxy III will be $495 from June 21-August 15.

One and Two-day registrations for Galaxy III will be available at $150/day.

JCEP REFUND POLICY - Cancellation and refund requests for Galaxy must be made in writing and received by Purdue Conference Division. Refunds will be issued 4-6 weeks after the conference and will be granted as follows: Requests postmarked on or before August 11 will receive a full refund less a $50 processing fee. Requests postmarked between August 12 and September 1 will receive a 50 percent refund less a $50 processing fee. Refunds will not be granted for cancellations received less than 14 days prior to the conference. No-shows will be billed if not cancelled in accordance with the above policy. HOTEL RESERVATIONS

Galaxy hotel reservations opened March 15, 2008, via the Galaxy Housing Bureau . You may make your hotel reservations now! The Housing Acknowledgment Number you will receive from your Galaxy Hotel reservations will be needed when you register for the Galaxy III Conference.

NOTE: Those choosing to make housing reservations at a non-conference hotel will be assessed an additional $250 on their Galaxy III Conference Registration fee.

PRE-CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

Several Pre-Conferences are being offered on Monday, September 15 prior to Galaxy. Visit the Pre-Conferences tab on this Web site for information on how to register for the pre-conferences.

NOTE: Pre-Conference registration fees are separate from the Galaxy III Conference registration fee.
