Call for Volunteers!

 JCEP (Joint Council of Extension Professionals) is requesting volunteers to assist with the 2008 Galaxy III Conference, to be held in Indianapolis, Indiana, September 15-19, 2008.  A number of volunteers are needed to assist in the following areas:

A/V Equipment (Galaxy Geeks)

Auction (Silent & Live)

Breaks

Decorations

Door Greeters (General Sessions)

Exhibit Hall Lunch Stations

Exhibits/Poster Sessions

Family/Friend Networking

First Timers Orientation

Floor Floaters

Meals

Operations

Retiree/Life Members Orientation

Ruby Luncheon

How to Apply

Complete the online Volunteer Registration Form and submit to:  Marjorie Moore at mreem@ufl.edu.

If prompted for a username and password to open the Volunteer Registration Form, click Cancel one or two times, and the Word file will open.

Registration Deadline

The registration deadline is August 15, 2008.  Volunteers will be notified no later than August 29, 2008 of their assignment.
