Hotels

The primary hotels for Galaxy III will be the Hyatt, Marriott, Westin, and Embassy Suites, all connected by skywalks to the Indiana Convention Center. To accommodate additional housing requests, additional rooms have been added at the Sheraton Indianapolis City Center Hotel.

To make your hotel reservations for the Galaxy III conference, visit the

Galaxy Housing Bureau

beginning March 15. Hotel reservations are required before you register for the conference. A Housing Acknowledgment Number will be provided to you after you make your hotel reservations at a Galaxy Hotel. (NOTE: Galaxy III Conference registration is now open).

Organizations have been assigned the following properties as their hotel headquarters, but individuals may choose to stay at any of the conference hotels.

Hyatt - ESP, NACDEP; Single & Double Room Rates - $175 plus tax

Marriott - ANREP, NAE4-HA; Single & Double Room Rates - $181 plus tax

Westin - NACAA, NEAFCS; Single & Double Room Rates - $169 plus tax

Embassy Suites - overflow; Single & Double Room Rates - $169 plus tax

Sheraton Indianapolis City Center Hotel - overflow; Single & Double Room Rates - $159 plus tax

Courtyard by Marriott - overflow; Single & Double Room Rates - $149 plus tax

NOTE: Those choosing to make housing reservations at a non-conference hotel will be assessed an additional $250 on their Galaxy III Conference Registration fee.
