Evaluation
Galaxy III Conference Evaluation Survey
Hello Galaxy III participants. A little over a month ago we all arrived in Indianapolis, Indiana for the 2008 Galaxy III Conference. From the time Carol asked us to “Start our engines” to the time Fred dropped the checkered flag, the JCEP Board and the Galaxy III Steering Committee tried to provide a conference full of activities to meet the needs of each of our professional organizations and meet the professional development needs of everyone in attendance. So, in order for us to gauge how well we did at providing a conference that provided for your organizational and professional needs and to provide information for the Galaxy IV Steering Committee, we are asking that you complete an Evaluation of the Galaxy III conference.
The Evaluation is being managed by Survey Monkey, and the website for completing the Evaluation is
http://tinyurl.com/6rt33w. One suggestion for completing the Evaluation is that you may want to use a full screen view on your monitor to provide a display that will be easier to read as you move through the questions. The survey will only take approximately 10 minutes to complete.
Again, on behalf of the JCEP Board and the Galaxy III Steering Committee, we would like to thank you for attending Galaxy III and we look forward to receiving your Evaluations and comments on the conference.
Concurrent Session Evaluations
Presenters had the option to provide their own evaluation forms to the Room Host to distribute. The Galaxy Committee provided basic Evaluation forms for individual sessions if the presenter desired to use them and had no other specific evaluation form. The Room Host collected any evaluation forms at the end of the session and gave them back to the presenter.
Tour Evaluations
Each participant received a "postcard" evaluation as they returned from their tours. These were submitted and will be used to plan future Galaxy Conference tours.
