The Community Systemwide Response initiative draws upon the expertise of a the Local County Judge, law enforcement officer, Extension educator, and other resident and community leaders. Working collaboratively with the land-grant University, the local CSR team completes a community needs assessment, establishes a community coalition, creates a strategic plan of action, and carries out research-based educational programs and services to address community needs that can improve the quality of life in our nation's communities.
