History

Community Systemwide Response was founded in 1988 through the Systemwide response Planning Process (SRPP). In 1991 the program was extended to include the Cooperative Extension Service and bacame Community Systemwide Response (CSR). The federal partnership included ES-USDA and the National 4-H Council .
