• Any county can request release of their template starting now.

Deployment Customizable

• Allows counties to use old files and add pages to customize their webpage

• Administrative management site to setup general or template pages

• AgIT will move old web files for you or will assist you in doing so.

• Available immediately thru 1/31/04

Initial Administration

• Only CED’s have permission to edit CT2.

• Various permission levels from author to publisher.

• Only CED’s may assign permissions for other staff in office.

• AgIT will NOT alter permissions.

Deployment Preparation

• Review files currently on web server

• Remove all out-of date files*
      * Out of date information is a liability issue

• AgIT User Services will be available during regular business hours to assist in the movement and re-linking of old files.

• AgIT is NOT responsible for verifying accuracy of links

• Files must be moved from current server by 1/31/04.
