- Having an annual computer cost, making budgeting easier. These costs will include; Software Upgrades, Extended Warranty and Support.

The following is important information regarding the computer lease program and how to place an order.
Agriculture Information Technology and Purdue Purchasing will now process requests to lease computer equipment on a quarterly basis. This change will reduce the cost of management of the leasing program as well as increase quality of the program. Lease orders will now be placed on the 3rd Tuesday of the following months; January, April, July & October. In the event of a new hire exceptions will made for ordering computer equipment for these individuals. We ask that you plan accordingly when considering the purchase of new equipment.
There are links available that may be helpful when considering leasing / purchasing our standard computer equipment. The first lists all items that are currently available on a three year lease. The other lists peripherals that have been tested and verified to work with the standard leased items and our networking environment.

Fill out the form with the appropriate information and then click the [Make Order] button. A printable page will be generated. Print the page, sign it, and then fax / send a copy to Linda Bushman in the Ag. Business Office.
