Using Address Book Lookup in the Date Book
Palm_Pilots
A feature shared by the "Date Book" and the "To Do
List"is the ability to look up a name in the "Address
Book"and then automatically copy that person's
name and phone number into the appointment.

First, bring up the"Date Book" or "To Do List" and tap the
selection to which you want to add the name. To look up a
name, tap the Menu soft button at the bottom-left corner of
the Palm screen and choose "Options" |  "Phone Lookup". When
the "Address Book" appears, tap the name you want to
include in the appointment and then tap the "Add" button.
