Export Contacts and Favorites in Outlook
Microsoft_Outlook
To "Export" your "Favorites" ("Bookmarks") in Internet Explorer, go to
"File |"Import and Export" and follow the Wizard. You may want to place them in a file on a drive that's always backed up or on a disc "just in case". You may print a list
directly from"File" | "Print".

To"Export" your "Contacts" ("Address Book") to a file and/or to "Print", you will have to use your "Outlook" Shortcuts icon for "Contacts". It will bring up your list. You may change the view of your "Contacts" list to your preference and print directly from this screen with "File" | :Print".

Go to"File" | "Import and Export" and follow the Wizard's steps to create a file backup
(comma delimited works fine) you can refer to should yours be lost for some reason.

Sort Messages in Palm Mail
Microsoft_Outlook
courtesy of dummiesdaily.com; edits by Donna Southard

You may like to read messages in the order you
receive them. Sometimes, you may want to see all
the messages from a certain person lined up in a
row. Other times, you may want to read all the messages
about a certain subject all at once. You can sort your
messages in three different ways, depending on what you
need. To change the sort order of your messages, follow
these steps:

 1. With the Mail program open, tap "Show"; the "Show
   Options" dialog box opens.

 2. Tap the triangle next to "Sort By". A list of ways to
sort your messages appears, including "Date", "Sender",
   and "Subject".

 3. Tap your choice (the sort type appears next to "Sort
   By").

4.If you want to display the date you received each
message, tap the check box next to "Show Date".

5.Tap "OK". Your messages appear sorted the way you
   chose.

This sort order remains in effect until you choose a
different sort order.

Broken Links in Email
Microsoft_Outlook
Sometimes links are broken when they are transmitted via
email or if your email program does not support hyperlinks. When this happens we suggest you copy and paste the URL directly into your browser. When you do this, make sure there are no spaces in the URL.
